Largest polenta

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest polenta weighs 5,020 kg (11,067 lb) and was prepared by Giant Polenta Challege (Italy), in Falcade, Belluno, Italy, on 29 August 2015.The polenta was prepared in a pot with a diameter of 2.5 m (8 ft 2 in). 3,500 litres of water and 800 kg (1,763.7 lb) of polenta flour were used to prepare the dish.
