Largest regular season loss avenged in the postseason (NFL)

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest regular season defeat avenged by a team in the National Football League (USA) postseason was 42 points by the New York Jets over the New England Patriots in the 2010-11 season. New England defeated New York, 45-3, in a regular-season meeting before New York gained retribution with a 28-21 victory in the divisional round of that season's playoffs in Foxborough, Massachusetts, USA, on 16 January 2011.
