According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest restaurant is the Bawabet Dimashq Restaurant (Damascus Gate Restaurant) which has 6,014 seats. The restaurant is owned by Mr. Shaker Al Samman in Damascus, Syria, and the record was verified on 15 May 2008. Laura Farmer adjudicated attempt.
The total floor area of the restaurant is 20000 m(215277.35 ft).
The outdoor seating area is available through out the year except the months of November, December and January. The indoor seating is available through out the year. The restaurant is open seven days a week.
