Largest salami

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest salami weighed 376 kg (828.9 lb) and was made by the Pro Loco Association Per Osém as part of the Sagra del porsél festival, Ossimo, Italy on 27 December 2003.
The Sagra del porsél translated is the lard festival.
