Largest serving of quinoa

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest serving of quinoa is 1,680.2 kg (3,704.21 lb) and was achieved by the Comité Organizador FEGASUR 2016 and La Municipalidad Provincial San Roman (both Peru) in Juliaca, Peru, on 18 June 2016.The quinoa was made into a dish called mazamorra and was served with milk and cheese.
