Largest simultaneous self-check for testicular cancer

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest simultaneous self-check for testicular cancer was achieved by 208 participants at an event organised by Darren Couchman and The Testicle Tour (both UK) at the Clacton Factory Outlet in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, United Kingdom, on 30 May 2010.
Counting was done by log book. The attempt was led by a certified urologist.
