Largest soft cheese

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest soft cheese was made by Edelweiss Kaesewerk, Kempten, Germany weighing 180 kg (396.8 lb) and was displayed at a public opening of their factory on 26 October 2002.
The height of the cheese was 4.25 cm (1.67 in) and the diameter measured 2.2m (7.21 ft).
The ingredients included 950 kg (2,094 lb) milk, 4 kg (8.8 lb) cultures, 4 kg (8.8 lb) iodised salt, 0.2 kg (0.44 lb) rennet.
During the production process of soft cheese, the product is constantly losing whey, which is why 950 kg (2,094 lb) milk is needed to make a 180 kg (396.8 lb) soft cheese.
