The largest water screen projection measures 3,099.24 m² (33,359 ft² 135 in²), achieved by the Moscow Government’s Festival "Circle of Light 2018", coordinated by LBL Communication Group (all Russia) in Moscow, Russia, on 20 September 2018.The Moscow International Festival "Circle of Light" is a project of Moscow Government and admission to all festival venues is free. Its main aims are to inform the public about light and audiovisual design, to be entertaining and to promote Moscow as a great tourist destination.
