According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest chain of twist ties consists of 11,306 twist ties and measures 402.02 m (1,319 ft) in length. It was created by Wee Kids Early Learning Centre (USA) in Hainesport, New Jersey, USA, on 26 August 2013.
