The longest duration balancing a guitar on the forehead is 10 min 0.71 sec and was achieved by David Rush (USA) at Porter Pickups in Garden City, Idaho, USA, on 21 December 2017. David made his record-breaking attempt to promote STEM education and highlight the importance of STEM for small businesses.
