According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest marathon playing badminton, singles is 25 hr 25 min and 44 sec and was achieved by Mario Langmann and Thomas Paulweber (both Austria) in Reutte, Austria, on 26-27 November 2016.Mario and Thomas attempted this record to celebrate their Badminton club, SVR Badminton Raiffeisen's 20th anniversary.
