According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest-running continuous weekly interview feature on a national newspaper is by journalist Stefano Lorenzetto (Italy), whose 748 interviews have been published by Italian broadsheet Il Giornale from 23 June 1999 to 4 April 2015 The feature appears on a single or double page in the Sunday edition of the paper.Il Giornale is published in Milan and had a circulation of183,923 copies in 2010.
