According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest time between baseball World Series wins is 108 years 19 days, achieved by the Chicago Cubs (USA) from 14 October 1908 to 2 November 2016. Before the Cubs's 4-3 win over the Cleveland Indians their last World Series win was in 1908 against the Detroit Tigers which was a 4-1 victory.
