According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest time to kiss a car is 76 hours and was achieved by Ernesta Hernandez Ambrosio and Jesús Juárez Vite (both Mexico) at La Feria de San Francisco in Pachuca, Hidalgo, Mexico, from 10–14 October 2013.
