According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest trust fall relay consists of 339 participants, and was achieved by PSI Seminars (USA/Canada) in Clearlake Oaks, California, USA, on 5 October 2018.The attempt took place to celebrate the 45th anniversary of the organisation.
