Longest videogame marathon on a football (soccer) game

According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest marathon playing a football video game lasted 48 hr 49 min 41 sec and was achieved by Christopher Cook (UK) who played FIFA 15 (EA Canada, 2014) in Dalston, London, UK, from 5-7 November 2014. The attempt was setup to raise funds for the charity Special Effect.
