According to Official Guinness Records,

The loudest blow of an alphorn was 111,1 dBA and was achieved by Rainer Bothe (Germany) in Munich, Germany, on 9 September 2012. A standard Alphorn was used. Rainer Bothe blew the loudest out of 184 competitors.
