Lowest fuel consumption - All 24 contiguous EU countries (all cars)

According to Official Guinness Records,

The lowest fuel consumption rate for a car visiting all 24 contiguous EU countries is 2.82 litres per 100 km (100.31 UK mpg; 83.52 US mpg), achieved by Fergal McGrath (Ireland) and Julian Warren (UK) driving a Honda Civic Tourer between 1 and 25 June 2015.
