According to Official Guinness Records,

The most 360 degree spins of a pole around the body are 55 and were achieved by Cui Zhize (China) on the set of Zheng Da Zong Yi - Guinness World Records Special in Beijing, China, on 18 November 2009. In this record the 360 degree spins of the pole itself are measured, not the number of times it goes 360 degrees around the body of the claimant.
