According to Official Guinness Records,

The most 360° revolutions on a kiiking swing in one minute by an individual are 39 and were achieved by Manuel Heister (Germany) on the set of Zheng Da Zong Yi - Guinness World Records Special in Beijing, China, on 22 November 2009.
Manuel broke his own record that he had set the previous year in Germany.
