According to Official Guinness Records,

The most consecutive appearances in a UEFA European Championship final is 3 and was achieved by Rainer Bonhof (Germany), at the Stadio Olimpico, Rome, Italy from 18 June 1972 to 22 June 1980. Bonhof played in the 1972, 1976 and 1980 finals. West Germany were victorious in 1972 in a 3-0 win over the Soviet Union and 1980 in a 2-1 victory over Belgium. They finished runners up to Czechoslovakia in 1976.
