Most consecutive wins of a FINA diving world championship title

According to Official Guinness Records,

The most consecutive wins at the FINA diving world championships is five and was achieved by Jingjing Guo (China) in both the individual and synchronized 3m platform in 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2007.
