According to Official Guinness Records,

The most costume change illusions in 30 seconds is 16, and was achieved by Avery Chin and Sylvia Lim (both Malaysia), at an event for MassMutual Jr. Space Camp Program 20th Anniversary, sponsored by MassMutual Asia Limited, in Hong Kong, China, on 11 March 2018. Avery and Sylvia also currently hold the record for the 'most costume change illusions in one minute' with 24 changes.
