Most countries represented at a Summer Paralympic Games

According to Official Guinness Records,

A record 166 National Paralympic Committees (NPCs) sent athletes to the 2012 Paralympic Games in London, UK. Fifteen countries - including eight from Africa - competed at a Summer Paralympic Games for the first time: Antigua & Barbuda, Brunei, Cameroon, Comoros, Djibouti, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Malawi, Mozambique, North Korea, San Marino, the Solomon Islands and the US Virgin Islands.
