Most expensive chocolate

According to Official Guinness Records,

Artisan chocolatier Fritz Knipschildt (Denmark) has created the world’s most expensive individual chocolate, which retail at $250 each – that works out at $2,600 per lb. The chocolate, called La Madeline au Truffe, comprises a rare French Perigord truffle surrounded by ganache of heavy cream, sugar, truffle oil and vanilla coated in 70% Valrhona dark chocolate and rolled in fine cocoa powder.
