According to Official Guinness Records,

The most eyebrow waxes in one hour is 43, performed by Laura Fleming (UK) at Bella Mani Spa, in Motherwell, North Lanarkshire, UK, on 20 August 2014. The record attempt was part of Laura Fleming's efforts to raise money for the STV Appeal charity.
