Most fountain pools in a public place

According to Official Guinness Records,

The greatest number of fountain pools in a public place is 27, which can be found in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, as certified on 29 June 2008.
The fountains cover an area of 14.8231 ha. They are coordinated, programmable, with lights, and synchronized. Craig Glenday adjudicated.
