According to Official Guinness Records,

The most hopscotch games played in one hour is 33 and was achieved by Ashrita Furman (USA) at the Panorama Café in New York City, New York, USA, on 25 December 2009.
Also the record holder for the fastest game of hopscotch, Mr. Furman completed all but 5 of the 33 games in under 2 minutes.
