According to Official Guinness Records,

The most lit candles in the mouth is 37, achieved by Dinesh Shivnath Upadhyaya (India) in Mumbai, India, on 25 February 2018. Dinesh is the previous holder of this record with 36 candles from an attempt in October 2017.
