According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people playing wrist bells is 252 and was achieved by Santander Consumer & PSA Finance (both UK) at Butlins in Bognor Regis, UK, on 10 December 2015. Two other records were achieved on the day by Santander Consumer & PSA Finance (both UK) for the most high fives in relay in three minutes and the fastest time to pass eight jumpers through a team of eight.
