According to Official Guinness Records,

The Major League Baseball (MLB) record for most runs batted in by a player in his first game is 6, accomplished by Starlin Castro (Dominican Republic) while playing for the Chicago Cubs in a 14-7 victory over the Cincinnati Reds (both USA) in Cincinnati, Ohio (USA) on 7 May 2010. Castro hit a three-run home run and a three-run triple.
