According to Official Guinness Records,

The most Scrabble opponents played simultaneously by one challenger is 40, and was achieved by Lakshan Wanniarachchi (Sri Lanka), in Colombo, Sri Lanka, on 4 January 2015.Lakshan Wanniarachchi (Sri Lanka) won 31 of the 40 games to achieve this record.
