According to Official Guinness Records,

The most torches extinguished by fire eating in one minute is 101, and was achieved by Brant Matthews (Canada) in West Allis, Wisconsin, USA, on 10 August 2018. Brant made his successful record-breaking attempt at the Wisconsin State Fair.
