According to Official Guinness Records,

The most vehicles to run over the stomach was 9 achieved by Tom Owen (USA) on the set of Lo Show Dei Record, in Milan, Italy, on 26 April 2009.
Each pick up truck running on Tom weighed between 3,000 and 4,000 kg
