According to Official Guinness Records,

The oldest active commercial pilot is Jun Takahashi (Japan, b. 8 October 1922), who continues to fly towing gliders at Fujikawa Airfield, in Shizuoka, Shizuoka, Japan, as of 5 March 2014.
