According to Official Guinness Records,

The oldest active football (soccer) player is Robert Carmona (Uruguay) who plays for Club Pan de Azúcar with an age of 53 years and 182 days as of 30 October 2015. Carmona began his football career playing with Pan de Azúcar in 1976. During his long career he played for several Uruguayan football teams and a semiprofessional team in the United States.
