According to Official Guinness Records,

Princess Alice, Duchess of Gloucester (UK, b. Lady Alice Christabel Montagu Douglas Scott, 25 December 1901) became the oldest ever member of the Royal Family when she reached the age of 101 years and 238 days on 20 August 2003. She died peacefully in her sleep at the age of 102 years 308 days on 29 October 2004 at Kensington Palace, London, UK.
