Youngest International Player, Rugby League

According to Official Guinness Records,

The youngest rugby league international is Gavin Gordon who played for Ireland vs. Moldova on 16 October 1995 at Spotland, Rochdale, UK, aged 17 years 229 days old.
DOB: 28 Feb 1978 Gavin also scored a hat trick of tries on his debut in this 'Emerging nations' game which Ireland won 48-26. There was problems as he was then embroiled in a league vs union debate. More details of this in the claim folder.
