Fastest completion of Level 1 of Sonic 2 (Xbox Live Arcade)

According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest completion of Emerald Hill, Zone 1 on Sonic the Hedgehog 2 on Xbox Live Arcade is 21 sec, achieved by Justin Towell (UK), at the Golden Joystick Awards in London, UK on 30 October 2009.
The previous record of 22 seconds, held by James Richards, was beaten by Justin at the end of the day, after news of James' time had already been announced.
