The fastest marathon dressed as a fast food item is 2 hrs 59 min 35 sec and was achieved by Gary McNamara (UK) at the 2017 Virgin Money London Marathon, in London, UK, on 23 April 2017. Gary completed the marathon dressed as a hot dog.
