Greatest distance covered in 12 hours by manual wheelchair

According to Official Guinness Records,

The greatest distance by manual wheelchair in 12 hours is 121 km (75.19 miles) and was achieved by Haki Doku (Italy/Albania) at the Arena Civia, Milan, Italy, on 16 May 2015. Haki is paraplegic following an accident that left him with a spinal injury. Haki was accompanied during the final lap of this record-breaking attempt by seven year old Guido Severgnini, who has cerebral palsy and uses a walking frame.
