The heaviest weight lifted in the men's 56 kgs snatch weightlifting competition is 139 kg by Wu Jingbiao (China) at the IWF World Weightlifting Championships in Houston, Texas, USA, on 21 November 2015.This was one of nine records broken during the IWF World Weightlifting Championships in 2015.
