According to Official Guinness Records,

The highest altitude wingsuit jump is 11,407.44 m (37,426 ft), and was achieved by James Petrolia (USA) above Davis, California, USA, on 11 November 2015. James attempted this jump to support the Special Operations Warrior Foundation.
