According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest collection of graph paper is 733 sheets of paper, achieved by Rachel Braun (USA) in Silver Spring, Maryland, USA on 8 November 2015. Rachel began collecting graph paper in 1999 due to her love of math, and her interest in the way that graph paper re-scales and re-expresses space.
