The largest building tournament for a sandbox videogame is 2,466, achieved by Telmex (Mexico), in Mexico City, Mexico, from 15 July to 3 August 2016 Children and teenagers gathered in Mexico City's Zócalo for the tournament as part of Aldea Digital.
