According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest collection of gift cards belongs to Aaron Miller & David Miller (both USA & Canada) and consists of 3,215 gift cards as of 30 August 2013, in Scarsdale, New York, USA.
The brothers started their collection in 2007 whilst out shopping with their mother in order to make shopping more enjoyable. Most of the collection is mounted on a wall collage.
