According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest human pi symbol consists of 847 people, achieved by Colégio Nossa Senhora da Bonança (Portugal) in Vila Nova de Gaia, Porto, Portugal, on 14 March 2018.This record attempt took place in celebration of Pi Day.
