According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest non-alcoholic cocktail tasting event is 272 people, achieved by Graphic Era University at an event organised by Vipul Bhandari (both India), in Uttarakhand, India, on 15 February 2018. This is the first successful attempt at this record.
