According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest pillow fight consists of 7,681 participants, achieved by MyPillow, Inc. (USA) in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, on 18 May 2018.The pillow fight was attempted as part of the evangelistic PULSE Movement event, a free Christian concert for upto 60,000 individuals.
