According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest tiramisu is 3,015 Kg (6,646 lb) and was prepared by Associazione Cons.erva, in collaboration with Despar, Latte Blanc, Caffè Toto and Uova Pascolo in Gemona del Friuli, Italy, on 25 May 2015. The largest tiramisu included the following ingredients: 350 kg zabaione cream 750 lt coffee 625 kg mascarpone 625 kg cream 450 kg savoiardi biscuits 250 kg sugar 25 kg cocoa 25 kg whipped cream
